Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@gilbertieshomefragrances.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
Refunds or replacements may be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, opened or used home fragrance products (such as oils or sprays) cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective upon receipt.
